Immediately after the practical exercises on Saturday evening, all course participants, instructors, lecturers and representatives of the sponsoring companies are invited to a welcome reception in the exhibition area (Wing C). Drinks and canapés will be served.
All course participants, instructors and lecturers are invited to this special event on Wednesday evening at the Convention Center. A Voucher for one person will be provided with the course documents upon registering. The reception in the entrance area will be open to all participants, starting at 19.45. The traditional Banquet will start at 20.15 and will last until about 01.00. Dress for this event is informal. Participants are invited to be seated at their tables where dinner will be served by 20.15.
A limited number of extra tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased at a reduced price of CHF 80.00 at the registration counter but must be purchased by Tuesday evening the latest.
