How to reach Davos
Davos can be reached by car from Zürich or Lake Constance easily by following highway number A3 respectively A13. Take exit Landquart and follow the valley road Nr. 28 to Klosters and Davos. Time required from Zürich is about 2 ½ hours. Winter equipment (chains) might be needed. Parking overnight on street parkings or open-air public parkings is not allowed in Davos.
Zürich Airport offers ideal train connections to Davos. Travelers arriving by plane at Zurich Airport can reach the airport train station by a short walk of some 200 meters. Tickets can be purchased at the airport train station. Trains to Zürich main station will depart very frequently. At main station a first change of the train with final destination Chur is required. When reaching Landquart shortly before Chur, a second change to the local train (red colored) will be necessary. Time needed from Zürich Airport to Davos by train will take approximately 3 hours, depending on the time of travel. Participants from Denmark and Sweden may contact the underneath listed Members of the Board of Directors who are usually organizing group tours to Davos. Hotel accommodation or private apartments are best to be reserved individually by applying on-line for the same (see accommodation in Davos).
