Course Fee and Payment
The amount of the fee for your participation in the course given below covers all costs related to the scientific sessions and practical exercises as well as your participation in the banquet (only one person). It does not include accommodation and food and beverage during your stay in Davos.
Please note: Confirmation of definitive registration can only be made after payment of the course fee is being received. Registrations without corresponding payment will result in loss of priority of attendance and the name will be set to the waiting list until payment is being received.
In view of the strict limitation of working places and participants, the organization reserves the right to confirm participation on a “first come, first serve” basis according to receipt of the course fee as indicated above. An early registration without payment does not entitle for priority or any other advantages. Registrations without payment will be set on the waiting list for which participation cannot be granted. As the courses are usually fully booked by the end of the year, an early registration is recommended.
The most popular mean of payment of the course fee is by electronic banking transaction. Please arrange your early payment and assure that all details given below are clearly given. The indication of the name of the recipient which is the “Stift. Gastroenterolog. Chirurgie” in Davos and the add of the IBAN number as given below is most important.
In case you are transferring the money by a cash transaction from your bank or postal account, please provide the secretariat with a copy of your transfer documents to follow up.
Note: Full Name of the participant must be mentioned on any transaction!

Unfortunately and to our regret, the course cannot accept any payments by credit cards.
Cancellations of registrations must be made by registered mail to the Course Secretariat in Lupsingen, Switzerland or by e-mail with reading proof to marianne.bertschi@iss-sic.ch .
Cancellation after December 2011
Note: During the recent years, for most cancellations a replacement was found and only a minimal cancellation fee had to be charged.
Cancellations of hotel accommodation or private apartments must be made to Davos Klosters Tourismus or to the hotel directly (refer to confirmation of accommodation). The course will not take over any responsibilities at all.
In case of unavailability for attendance, the organization accepts substitution by another person before deadline at no extra costs. Substitutions after December 30, 2012 will be charged an extra fee of CHF 100.00.
