Accommodation in Davos
In the period of the AGC-Courses hotels are usually booked out. Late bookings for accommodation may result in non-availability of the desired hotel category at special rates. Therefore, the Course Organization has blocked a good number of rooms in Davos but cannot guarantee availability after November 30 preceding the course. In order to assure hotel reservation in the desired hotel category and price range, we recommend an early booking well before the course.
Categories for hotel accommodation and price range are given when applying online. Please note that the rates given are per person and night and usually include breakfast.
You are invited to make your hotel reservation online when registering for the course via the separate link on this homepage directly with Davos-Klosters Tourismus.

Reservations will be confirmed online by Davos Destination-Administration at least 4 weeks before the courses if applied before the end of the preceding year.
Davos offers quite a large number of private apartments at reasonable rates for small groups or families from 3 to 6 persons. Usually, the rent of private apartments does not include costs for the cleaning and other in-house services.
Private apartments are usually booked out by the end of October. In case of cancellation of your accommodation (hotel or private apartments) for any reason, the Course Organization will not be responsible and cannot take over any legal responsibilities. The cancellation policy according to your specific reservation contract (on the confirmation form) will apply.
